Welcome to the third-largest metro area in the U.S.

Chicagoland is home to an estimated 9.5 million people! Recognized at a glance for its spectacular lakefront, the "Windy City" draws visitors and new residents to a livable community with acres of parkland and forest preserves, sandy beaches, picturesque harbors, bike trails and jogging paths, outdoor concerts, and celebrated family destinations like the Lincoln Park Zoo.

North Shore villages are truly quaint and picturesque, but they are also progressive and modern in the quality of life they afford their residents. In order to meet zoning standards for keeping horses, many of the homes in this region are built to estate-size dimensions on four or more acres. Other communities provide lovely subdivisions or neighborhoods of well-kept vintage homes that are graces by mature greenery for a complete selection of homes and settings. Tennis courts, swimming pools, and private stables are just some of the many amenities that are available just beyond the front doorstep in some residential communities. Home styles range from traditional to the latest contemporary designs, many of them set on heavily wooded lots for luxurious seclusion.
